I have a SX1262 LoRa HAT for Raspberry Pi, a RPi 3B and a LoRa gateway, is there any possibility to create a LoRa End Node using these components and transmit data from the RPi to the gateway.

I do not see anything preventing you from building a end node with these items.

Semtech does not provide RPI-based code to build a end node. Nevertheless, I’m sure you can find some projects that’ll help you.
