Lorawan Certification Requirement

Hello,

We have developed our own Lorawan gateway and nodes. Now we need it to supply to our customer. So Is it compulsory to take device address and Lorawan certificate from Lora Alliance, to give it to end user.
Is it will be legal if we use our private Lorawan Gateway and Node, without Lora Alliance certificate?
How to get Certificate in India?
We have thousands of node,So Is it require to certified all product, or only one.
And Suppose if We upgrade firmware via OTA or any other mean, then Have we to take certificate again?

Thank You

Dear,

It is legal to create and sell LoRaWAN products without the LoRa Alliance certification but it is advised to do it as it gives trust in your products, ensure interoperability and give you access to LoRa Alliance promotional content. You need to certify each part number, with a given firmware version, please have a look at the Alliance certification webpage.

Then you can have a look at this page for LoRaWAN test houses in India

Thanks for clearing my doubts.
