Sx1276 issues at high temperature

I am using the CMWX1ZZABZ-091 module which has STM32L072 and SX1276 in it. When the device is kept in a cyclic temperature profile from -40 to 80(HALT) it stops at 80-degree centigrade. the device normally works when the temperature is reduced to 75—facing issues only at 80 degrees. any inputs on changing the software/hardware would be helpful?
