Optimum SX1276/SX1278 Port Impedance

I am using SX1276/SX1278 for signal transmission module.

Based on the BOM list and Schamatic reference, I can reconstruct the signal line from the PA_BOOTS pin of SX1276/SX1278 as shown:

I know that Semtech provides these Zopt values but it is not the right frequency I am using.

Don’t know if you guys can help me with information about Zopt value:
SX1278 at 434MHz
SX1276 at 915MHz
