What is the NAV message size generated during LR110 Modem-E v1.1.8 GNSS scan, vs number of SVs found? It seems that I cannot fit 8 SVs into a 51-bytes message, although the example applications suggest the opposite. The NAV message I get is 53 byres, so although sripping-off the first byte I am still above EU868 DR0 limit.
